Akashic Records Part Two Follow The Light

Narissa Moeller October 30, 2024

As part of the Akashic Records Training we visited the records many times. However, each of those times were on task as it were. We entered the records with very specific questions so our interaction with the records was focused. However, in lesson three of the six lesson course we were allowed to explore the hall and see if we, through the help of the Record Keepers, could find a suitable method for interacting with the records. Perhaps, even fine a common language. So, with this kind of mandate I took the opportunity to explore.

I followed the light. The light itself came from above. The great hall actually had a high open roof with an endless ceiling made of light. This divine light seemed to be what powered the whole thing. The light was a soft gold but I noticed that gold light forms could barely be discerned. The forms being of the same material as the soft golden light needed to be focused on before they were allowed to be perceived. The act of focus was in a way an act of paying homage to the form when once done, in a humble manner, would ask, as it were, the consciousness of the form for access, to see the form. In this dance-like manner the form would play with me in a joyful way and reveal itself. From this golden light emerged many things in three different path ways to the knowledge.

These path ways all came from what I called, Source Light, for obvious reason. The first pathway was the six member Council of Light. Perhaps also known as the Lords of the Akasha.

My personal sense is that the Lords of Akasha, Guardians of Akasha (at the door) and Record Keepers (librarians) should be mentioned in a prayer of invocation before requesting permission to access this divine realm. After all, these are the direct custodians of the divine halls of Amenti.

Through the direct acknowledgement of the Council one gain blessing in one’s visits to the great hall in the form of a subtle grace. I found at these higher frequency domains that the hall of knowledge liked to be referred to as the Cathedral of Knowledge acknowledging its sacred status. All of this pathway spoke directly and deeply to my heart.

Beyond Patanjali

Narissa Moeller September 22, 2024

In Hinduism, functioning in the world is fundamentally the interplay between the three gunas, tamas, rajas and sattva. Tamas is dullness or ignorance. Rajas is passion, goal driven action. Sattva is goodness, refinement or inspiration. Our behavior is a domination of one of these gunas but the other gunas are never far behind.

Sattva is what is at the basis of religion or norms of proper behavior. An attempt to be more Godly. Behavioral training until we achieve a state where we are “good” spontaneously, Atman.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras span the gap between sattva and atman. The apex of Patanjali’s knowledge rests in chapter 3, The Powers. There Patanjali brings Dharana, (focus) Dhyana, (meditation) and Samadhi, (transcendence) into one exercise he calls, Samyama.

Let’s take a step back. Before we launch onto samyama, we must first get familiar with the field of the transcendence, samadhi. This happens via meditation. Once we go deep into meditation we come to a layer of awareness which we can term as pure awareness. Awareness without any objects of focus. Awareness alone. Usually experienced as a bright field of light with nothing else. There is a sense of peace, contentment or bliss, in this state. If you get nothing but this state out of your spiritual exploits consider yourself blessed. Resting in this state is a phenomenal achievement. Evidently, however, there is more.

Patanjali sought to explore this field of samadhi. He located two layers of samadhi. One that was pure and not involved in the phenomenal world, a seedless samadhi. The other was, as Patanjali put it, a samadhi with seed.

The samadhi with seed seems to have many names, storehouse of all impressions, field of all possibilities, ritam bhara pragya, a layer of truth, etc. Through samyama we request traits, qualities or aspects such as friendliness, compassion or love and allow them to fall into samadhi and in a moment that quality is mentally manifest in our awareness. In my case I end up wearing the quality as a cloak. We bring that particular quality out of the field of all possibilities and imbue it onto our self. But it is not our self. It’s an item of clothing so to speak, that we choose, as it were, to portray our self as … Its a costume. An outfit. A persona we wish to display. Patanjali has brought us this level of interaction with samadhi. However, this field of samadhi with seed has more for us.

It’s also a seat of knowledge. Endless knowledge. Akashic records knowledge. Once we become intimately familiar with this layer of samadhi with seed we can actually ask this glorious domain questions. This state of awareness is filled with an endless array of information/knowledge. It is overwhelming. So, before you go in, you want to have an intention of what specifically you want to know. In this way you can follow one thread and not a whole ball of yarn. You can unravel that one thread and know everything about it. Why it is? How it is? How that tendency started? What contributed to its altered nature? What needs to happen to unravel the damage or injury?

And if we go deep enough we may even get a glimpse of the blueprint of that particular trait. That particular trait in a state of perfection. Restoring a trait of our personality to its original state is huge. This is real shadow work. True healing. This is the fourth state of the highest use of the Light. The transcendence. God.

Let's recap. First we find a way to have direct experience of the lively transcendence. Samadhi with seed. The field of all possibilities.

Then we call on that field to manifest a quality or trait. Example: friendliness, compassion or unconditional love. When our request is fulfilled we wear that trait like clothes. Allowing it to influence our self. All the while knowing that the cloak is not our self but rather an influential garment, a tool to help us refine our persona in a specific manner.

Then we use the knowledge aspect of the light/transcendence and ask it questions, specific questions. Thereby establishing and interactive dialogue between the light and our self. At this stage we may notice our self go between being an object and a subject. This is good. It shows maturity of awareness. These states are not static. They are both object and subject simultaneously. This is a rich experience capturing wholeness of experience by playing the knowledge from both the prospective of the object, the receiver and the subject, the conceiver, simultaneously. This is the goal of karma. The experience of being the actor and the one acted upon. This is a more refined method of accomplishing the role of karma. Designed to provide the wholeness of experience by experiencing the thing both objectively and subjectively.

Lastly, we use the light, this transcendental state to unravel itself. Since, through deep communication in the knowledge stage of this process we now know the purpose of our experience, and can understand the pure intention of the experience, without the drama. Now, the harm or injury to the self can be healed. Healed in a complete way without using overlays of “good” traits like friendliness, compassion, unconditional love, etc.

Once, through the stage of knowledge, the understanding is crystal clear as to the purpose of our seeming missteps, there is no need to imbue the self with the vibration of goodness. The fire of knowledge consumes the reason for karma. The self is free. Free to live the intended state. Free to live the perfection of our own blueprint. This is liberation, Moksha.

First, direct experience of samadhi, the transcendence. Then, activation of the refined state of the qualities within the field of all possibilities. Then, interactive communication with the knowledge aspect of this field. Lastly, utilization of the true healing nature of the field which will yield perhaps, the fifth step, that of true freedom.

Essence of God

Narissa Moeller November 6, 2023

Remember the experience you told me about where you found you were inches away from the face of God? I had a detailed version of that a few months ago as well.

While I was that close for the longest time a quote by the 13th century theologian Meister Eckhart came to mind. “The eye with which I see God is the same eye with which God seeing me”.

I took that to heart in that moment and put it to work. I viewed, as if through a highly focused eye, somewhat tunnel-like in nature into God. One part of my awareness venturing forward while the rest of me remained where it was, separate from God. “Taking fullness from fullness, what remains is fullness”.

The part of me that moved forward into the realm of God then turned to look back at me (which in itself is Very Powerful I could write an article on that alone) looking through the same avenue from which I came and I saw me as God would see me. I was/am glorious, brilliant, vibrant, shimmering light, with golden petals of light at my centre. All in perpetual motion or dance. The feeling of love was almost unbearable. Now, I know why God has this sense of unconditional love. He is seeing His own Self reflected right back at Him as full as He is. He can’t help but love the scene with all His heart. Too beautiful for words. Each one of us is so very majestic at that level.

Seeing through God’s eyes is the beginning. From the thought to know Himself, God created a second self to act as a reflector/partner, us. In one way the self is both a singularity and a plurality. That’s why we experience ourselves, in UC, as both one and many in perfect harmony and balance. That principle is what allowed me to both venture forward in action and remain still, simultaneously.

The act of crossing over from the second Self to the first Self is part and parcel of our journey. It's structured in us because it's structured in God who made us, in His own image. In the end we can't help but be what God is. It’s the embracing of what we truly are. Both the worshipper and the worshiped. See MMY commentary in ch 6 v 32 of the Gita for verification/clarification.

Hope all of you enjoy this beauty beyond words.

Stillness within the Pillar of Rushing Light

Narissa Moeller October 22, 2022

This is a continuation of the previous blog. So check that out first.

So, as I mentioned, within the pillar of rushing light can be found a deep stillness. Stillness is a royal consciousness phenomenon. The name Rama means Stillness in Sanskrit. So that should give you some idea as to the power of even the word Stillness. It can be used as a mantra and it will deliver profound experience.

When I feel deeply into Stillness, allowing all that I am to be immerse within Stillness, especially within the rushing light Stillness, it takes on a structure, a crystal, gem, diamond, structure. I feel my Self to be solid in firmness, hard as a diamond, so strongly held by consciousness there is a sense of being paralyzed, held perpetually motionless by Its presence. Nothing exists but that beautiful overwhelming Stillness. Everything stops. Everything. Full samadhi.

It is strange and surprising that this deep feeling of silent stillness would be a hard crystal-like structure but that’s the experience. In my opinion this the crest jewel, the hidden treasure named in the eighth word of the first verse of Rig Veda, Ratna.

Its nature: The nature of this level of stillness is a collection of purity of consciousness fully devoid of any impurities. Purity in a way squeezes out impurity leaving a solid block of purity which we may perceive to be diamond-like. This somewhat describes its detox or purifying nature from the standpoint of elimination or exclusion.

From the standpoint of inclusion, purity devourers impurities and transforms it into purity. I’m sure both are happening simultaneously.

I hope that describing this experience in such detail hasn’t separated you from the beauty of the experience. The experience is so much more than these words can capture. Know that even remote contact with such an experience is transformative.

Blessings.

Love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Pillar of Light

Narissa Moeller October 18, 2022

It started many years ago perhaps 30 or so. I was invited to a yagya (Indian prayer ritual) at a friend’s house. We all sat in a circle about 12 of us. As the lead pundit carried on with the ceremony, I could feel energy rushing up through my body. White light energy coming from somewhere in my lower body, maybe pelvic area, maybe earth. But it rushed up at a high rate of speed creating a column of light that shot up through my crown chakra up into the heavens. In those days it was about 8 inches in diameter. It’s grown since then.

The power of this rush of energy was such that my whole body straightened out to allow for the flow to go straight up. In a way I was paralyzed by rushing consciousness into that posture.

The energy was so strong that even the person next to me was able to pick up on it saying something like, ‘You are generating some crazy amount of energy’.

Over the years I’ve experienced this many many times. The column of light has grown in size from 8 inches or so to 8 or 9 feet in diameter. Also fine detail is also known now.

The rush of energy is made up of a bundle of individual strands maybe one thousand of them. One thousand headed Purusha, perhaps. Within each strand is a mini multi colored tornado or spiral.

When experienced as a whole, all the strands together, although its a super high speed rush, stillness can be also experienced, simultaneously. So in a way nothing is happening while at the same time everything is happening.

I know I’m feeding pure consciousness into everything in this manner.

Let’s discuss the rest of the structure of this phenomenon. For max experience I stay in the center of the energy and simply allow the happening. I can call on it at will. It’s always there quietly at work but when I put attention on that aspect of Self the intensity increases, in or out of meditation.

I can take a vantage point outside of the center if desired but it’s considerably more comfortable to be at its center. However, I have been able to have some part of me reside in the center while another part of Self observes the happening in this way I can see the happening as a whole. This action is driven by curiosity of the intellect. It’s a big step down in experience so I rarely do it. So to be clear I’m in the center and outside of the event watching it at the same time. I’m not a fan of these explodes. I do it to be able to explain what’s happening more fully.

The Structure: the rush of energy is in the shape of a column or pillar of rushing light. However, it blossoms out, way above the head to create a funnel, like the top of a big fountain. Then it continues and circles out in the shape of an apple. In geometry it’s called a torus. The energy re-enters from below the body again in a funnel, and comes rushing back through again and again, perpetually.

That description is the core (apple core, haha) of the individual. An awake individual can have a 25-30 foot torus in diameter. Once when I saw Maharishi in person, his was more like 70 feet in diameter and so full with colors that I could not see his human form for about two minutes.

Back to the funnel. I’ve described this structure as the foundation of individual energy but the funnel is also a gateway or portal into what some folks call the constitution of the universe or portal into the cosmos. Topic for another blog, the one after the next blog. We’ll chat about portals then in detail.

I’ve heard others speak of this torus experience but their energy was moving in the opposite direction. That’s because they are drawing in energy for consciousness development but at some point in our development we start to become a vessel of pure consciousness delivery and out it comes. When I feel it building up, my reaction is, “Oh boy, here we go “. Yes, it has a mind of its own and launches spontaneously.

I am Dhatamam, the Giver. The giver of Ratna, the hidden treasure, the Gem of life.

More on that gem thing in my next blog.

Remember, I spoke of the 2 aspects at the center of the pillar of light. The continuous rush or dynamism and the deep deep stillness within that rush. Following deep within that stillness is where one finds Ratna, the hidden treasure, the crest jewel.

Infinite love to all ❤️❤️❤️

Wave Function (part 3)

Narissa Moeller February 2, 2020

We’ve discussed the particle nature of the wave function and the amplitude and frequency of it as well. Now, let’s focus on the undulation of the wave function.

Many have experienced within meditation a sense  of a rhythmic movement and undulation. Actually, a seemingly endless undulation. So what is that?

There’s a layer of experience in meditation that’s not quite full silence it’s the stirring of that silent, nothingness state. This is the foundation of creation just before full fledged creation. It’s not quite at the level of the full excitation of creation. It’s simply the seemingly lazy awakening of creation. It’s experienced as a sleepy stir and slow undulation of the silence.

This undulation has been symbolized as a slow moving serpent. Shesha, the seven headed serpent on which Vishnu reposes. Vasuki, nagaraja (royal serpent) that is draped around the neck of Shiva. The serpent found in the garden of eden.

Let’s take a closer look at this experience of the undulating movement of consciousness.

Consciousness can be spoken of as a noun or a verb, let’s discuss it as a verb. In this reference consciousness is the act of being conscious, aware, awake to its Self. If we have an action then there is a subject (the actor) and an object (that being acted upon).

If consciousness is the action then the actor must be existence. Is-ness is at the basis of am-ness.

Existence is the true Self. It simply is. It is pure singularity. The one, the only. In this pure state it seeks no apparatus for knowing (knowledge) it Self. However, for whatever reason, if there needs to be one, there’s a desire for Perfect Self to know Self. This inspires an action. The act of being conscious. The birth of consciousness. The beginning of Duality. Because how can something look at itself without the creation of another self. This is the creation of duality. True original sin. The undulating “serpent” in the garden of eden offering fruit from the tree of knowledge. Knowledge of good and evil. The birth of duality.

If knowledge is structured in consciousness then consciousness is structured in existence.

I’ve casted consciousness in a bad light because from the perspective of singularity, duality is not a good thing. It’s the disruption of Oneness. However, from the standpoint of Wholeness it must be accepted because wholeness says Yes to everything. From the position of multiplicity the verb consciousness is revered as a major stepping stone on the path to singularity. Truth is different in different states of consciousness (the noun).

Back to the components of our sentence, subject (existence), verb (consciousness), and object (self). And now the sentence. Self knows Self for Self. There’s the 3 in 1 the ancients speak of. (Sorry couldn’t help myself had to play with this).

The experience of undulating consciousness is a good thing, for in the end Shiva is friends with the  nagaraja Vasuki as Vishnu is friends with his bed the nagaraja Shesha. As in our experience where undulating consciousness comes from the stirrings of silence.

Happy meditations ❤️❤️❤️

Seeing Truth

Narissa Moeller January 13, 2020

My last blog was very abstract, this blog is an attempt to bring the principles discussed in the last blog, literally, to light.

For best results, do this excise in a dimly lite room at night.

If we quietly peer into the air or space around us and mainly pay attention to light and dark we will notice that dark areas contain light and light areas contain dark.

The light and dark can be seen in somewhat of a pixelated vision. Tiny particles of light and dark.

Take a moment to do this

Now, really peer into the darkness you’ll be surprised by how much light is in that darkness. Now, peer into light objects like white clothes, bedding, walls or ceiling and notice how much darkness is contained in those light colored objects.

Now, continue to look at the air or space in a non focused manner and close your eyes. Peer into that darkness and notice the light held within that darkness. There is literally no difference between looking with eyes open or closed in the proportion of light in that darkness.

Take a moment to do this.

Notice that the space, air, objects all around you can be viewed as tiny pixels of light and dark in every direction with no end, with eyes open or closed. This is awareness. Lively, vibrating awareness experienced inside and out, forever, without end or beginning.

Rest with this for awhile.

In my previous blog I discussed the qualities contained within the gaps of the vedic syllables those of fullness and emptiness. Let’s substitute fullness for light and darkness for  emptiness. In doing so we have located the principles of the laws of nature of fullness and emptiness to be found, right before our eyes, literally. We have brought to life, Veda.

Peer into those vibrating sparkling tiny pixels of light and dark, available everywhere, with eyes open or closed, extending endlessly and know, this is Veda but more important its You. All of It. Without separation. In complete Wholeness. Forever. With no beginning or end. ❤️

Is Transcending really the goal of meditation?

Narissa Moeller August 1, 2019

Initially transcending is the goal of meditation but after some time something else happens.

When we first start to meditate our only exposure has been the material world. Spiritually, pure consciousness or the transcendence is new, even surprising. Where has this layer of life been for all these years?

As we continue our exploration into consciousness experience of the transcendence becomes routine. We even start to notice that reality while in activity. We may notice it while driving, washing dishes, doing routine chores or while eating.

However, in the early stages of our development we will notice that there is our material world and the world of the transcendence. They are two separate realities. As awareness alternates between one reality and the other we begin to sense yet another world between the material and the spiritual. We naturally slow down the process of alternately experiencing one or the other to see if we can experience a place or a point where one actually converts to the other. Lo and behold there is a point/place where that happens.

First time that’s experienced it’s a psychological and physiological shock. To me it was electric like being hit with a mini lightning bolt. It actually took me several times in several meditations before I could hold the energy. This is the proverbial ‘lamp at the door’ experience. Although initially it feels like the 'lightening bolt at the core'. This is the door between the relative world and the absolute world. Resting in that vibrant light is the real goal of meditation.

While in a state of activity this is the one pointedness of the moment. The point of resolute intellect spoken of in the Bhagavad Gita.

In consciousness it’s the opening to the akashic records, the storehouse of impressions, ritam bhara pragya, layer of truth (satyam), the gap, god.

Something to strive for. Enjoy.
