What If Enlightenment Is Only Half The Journey

Narissa Moeller April 19, 2025

We all know how much emphasis is placed on enlightenment, and rightfully so. Evolution is our number one purpose. But what if enlightenment is just half the journey.

As a soul before we ever come to earth to play the role of a human we are full, complete and whole. Why step down to a place that can be a struggle? If expansion, growth and evolution are chief principles of universal law then maybe the new frontier is the expansion of light into a lower dimension, a lower vibrational realm, for the purpose of, the creation of heaven on earth.

So, instead of gaining enlightenment with the intention of leaving earth behind, our journey is to continue to raise the environmental vibration and create a utopia here on earth. A place we would be happy to revisit.

Think about it. We would be considerably more engaged in our health, wealth, knowledge and relationships. Manifestation, would be a major part of our focus. The learning of the siddhis would make more sense. I remember Maharishi saying, “Once we gain liberation (Moksha) we move on to Mastery”. Liberation, in this context, rests as a passive application of Moksha. Thereby, making Mastery the proactive component of Moksha.

Earth is a place of contrast which makes it easy to know what we don’t want or what we want less of. This awareness is the seed for us having a desire. That which is more inline with what we do want. This will launch us into action to acquire what we want. Our default mode is to effort our way there. However, there is another way.

Acting from the deep quietness of Self we can let a thought/desire arise that perfectly identifies precisely what we want in its subtle wholeness. We would then be in the home of all knowledge, the field of all possibilities, the state of Ritumbara Pagya. A place where each item of creation is in a perfect blueprint state and is already manifest in a myriad of dimensions, simultaneously. It is like holograms of the same item stacked one within the other with slight variations due to changes governing each of these dimensions.  However, our job as manifestors is simply to match our vibration with the item desired and Nature does the rest. In this way we can witness our co-creations.

Let’s practice with our own health.

Rest deeply in your own silence. Now, bring in the feeling of your body. Initially just feel your body’s vibration and simply rest with this feeling. You will feel subtle corrections taking place by this act of attention alone. Then wish for perfect health. Stay present and you will witness the tiny devas joyfully working to make your body healthier. If you can’t see them or feel them then imagine them and soon they will magically materialize. Don’t forget the joyfulness, that’s where the magic is.

Love. Love. Love.

Akashic Records Part Three Follow The Letters

Narissa Moeller October 30, 2024

The second pathway was one of following what is written within the golden tablets.

As I peered into the letters of the tablets they transcended into another level, a higher frequency dimension. I found that the letters morphed into Sanskrit letters circling a yellow orb. Brilliant yellow globe with a red center. Somehow I knew this to be a symbolic representation of Veda. The knowledge was conveyed visually, cognitively and audibly via the soft sound of Vedic chanting. I was in some kind of heaven.

Understand that I’m doing all this exploration with an orb type body. Know that my body is now seen as an elongated egg like object with a toroidal vortex on the top and bottom. This body, me, moved forward to enter the yellow globe and in the process the Sanskrit writing instantly circled my elongated egg body. It make my body  a bright yellow with red writing slowly rotating in a counterclockwise direction. The feeling was totally blissful and I instantly knew this was a gift from the powers that be. As deep gratitude filled me. Such a beautiful gesture from on high. It said, “We love you”.

Akashic Records Part Two Follow The Light

Narissa Moeller October 30, 2024

As part of the Akashic Records Training we visited the records many times. However, each of those times were on task as it were. We entered the records with very specific questions so our interaction with the records was focused. However, in lesson three of the six lesson course we were allowed to explore the hall and see if we, through the help of the Record Keepers, could find a suitable method for interacting with the records. Perhaps, even fine a common language. So, with this kind of mandate I took the opportunity to explore.

I followed the light. The light itself came from above. The great hall actually had a high open roof with an endless ceiling made of light. This divine light seemed to be what powered the whole thing. The light was a soft gold but I noticed that gold light forms could barely be discerned. The forms being of the same material as the soft golden light needed to be focused on before they were allowed to be perceived. The act of focus was in a way an act of paying homage to the form when once done, in a humble manner, would ask, as it were, the consciousness of the form for access, to see the form. In this dance-like manner the form would play with me in a joyful way and reveal itself. From this golden light emerged many things in three different path ways to the knowledge.

These path ways all came from what I called, Source Light, for obvious reason. The first pathway was the six member Council of Light. Perhaps also known as the Lords of the Akasha.

My personal sense is that the Lords of Akasha, Guardians of Akasha (at the door) and Record Keepers (librarians) should be mentioned in a prayer of invocation before requesting permission to access this divine realm. After all, these are the direct custodians of the divine halls of Amenti.

Through the direct acknowledgement of the Council one gain blessing in one’s visits to the great hall in the form of a subtle grace. I found at these higher frequency domains that the hall of knowledge liked to be referred to as the Cathedral of Knowledge acknowledging its sacred status. All of this pathway spoke directly and deeply to my heart.

Akashic Records Part One

Narissa Moeller October 30, 2024

I took Akashic Records Training starting in October of 2024 with Candice Rasa. The first opening of the Akashic Record was done after viewing a video on it by ourselves.

I found my awareness in the form of an orb somehow floating and approaching the Records through the cosmos. First thing I saw was two very tall guardians on either side of tall metal looking doors. My relative smallness as an orb simply floated in to the grand hall of knowledge. It was a huge room filled with light causing my consciousness to expand. The records themselves were not books for me but rather rectangular holographic tablets perhaps 6 inches wide by 13 inches long and about 2-3 inches deep. These tablets were self illuminated with a golden white light.

Imbedded within the tablets was ancient writing perhaps in Aramaic or Hebrew lettering. These tablets were in little individual cubbies and filled the walls of this grand hall. Somehow the walls could be close or farther away based on my mental needs. Sometimes the walls and tablets could be seen as both close and far away simultaneously. Right from the start I could sense there were at least two avenues to access more knowledge. One direction would be through the tablets via their imbedded letters and the other way was by following the light source itself. Both those ways were to become themes for separate journeys. This was after all my first visit to this phenomenal place.

Beyond Patanjali

Narissa Moeller September 22, 2024

In Hinduism, functioning in the world is fundamentally the interplay between the three gunas, tamas, rajas and sattva. Tamas is dullness or ignorance. Rajas is passion, goal driven action. Sattva is goodness, refinement or inspiration. Our behavior is a domination of one of these gunas but the other gunas are never far behind.

Sattva is what is at the basis of religion or norms of proper behavior. An attempt to be more Godly. Behavioral training until we achieve a state where we are “good” spontaneously, Atman.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras span the gap between sattva and atman. The apex of Patanjali’s knowledge rests in chapter 3, The Powers. There Patanjali brings Dharana, (focus) Dhyana, (meditation) and Samadhi, (transcendence) into one exercise he calls, Samyama.

Let’s take a step back. Before we launch onto samyama, we must first get familiar with the field of the transcendence, samadhi. This happens via meditation. Once we go deep into meditation we come to a layer of awareness which we can term as pure awareness. Awareness without any objects of focus. Awareness alone. Usually experienced as a bright field of light with nothing else. There is a sense of peace, contentment or bliss, in this state. If you get nothing but this state out of your spiritual exploits consider yourself blessed. Resting in this state is a phenomenal achievement. Evidently, however, there is more.

Patanjali sought to explore this field of samadhi. He located two layers of samadhi. One that was pure and not involved in the phenomenal world, a seedless samadhi. The other was, as Patanjali put it, a samadhi with seed.

The samadhi with seed seems to have many names, storehouse of all impressions, field of all possibilities, ritam bhara pragya, a layer of truth, etc. Through samyama we request traits, qualities or aspects such as friendliness, compassion or love and allow them to fall into samadhi and in a moment that quality is mentally manifest in our awareness. In my case I end up wearing the quality as a cloak. We bring that particular quality out of the field of all possibilities and imbue it onto our self. But it is not our self. It’s an item of clothing so to speak, that we choose, as it were, to portray our self as … Its a costume. An outfit. A persona we wish to display. Patanjali has brought us this level of interaction with samadhi. However, this field of samadhi with seed has more for us.

It’s also a seat of knowledge. Endless knowledge. Akashic records knowledge. Once we become intimately familiar with this layer of samadhi with seed we can actually ask this glorious domain questions. This state of awareness is filled with an endless array of information/knowledge. It is overwhelming. So, before you go in, you want to have an intention of what specifically you want to know. In this way you can follow one thread and not a whole ball of yarn. You can unravel that one thread and know everything about it. Why it is? How it is? How that tendency started? What contributed to its altered nature? What needs to happen to unravel the damage or injury?

And if we go deep enough we may even get a glimpse of the blueprint of that particular trait. That particular trait in a state of perfection. Restoring a trait of our personality to its original state is huge. This is real shadow work. True healing. This is the fourth state of the highest use of the Light. The transcendence. God.

Let's recap. First we find a way to have direct experience of the lively transcendence. Samadhi with seed. The field of all possibilities.

Then we call on that field to manifest a quality or trait. Example: friendliness, compassion or unconditional love. When our request is fulfilled we wear that trait like clothes. Allowing it to influence our self. All the while knowing that the cloak is not our self but rather an influential garment, a tool to help us refine our persona in a specific manner.

Then we use the knowledge aspect of the light/transcendence and ask it questions, specific questions. Thereby establishing and interactive dialogue between the light and our self. At this stage we may notice our self go between being an object and a subject. This is good. It shows maturity of awareness. These states are not static. They are both object and subject simultaneously. This is a rich experience capturing wholeness of experience by playing the knowledge from both the prospective of the object, the receiver and the subject, the conceiver, simultaneously. This is the goal of karma. The experience of being the actor and the one acted upon. This is a more refined method of accomplishing the role of karma. Designed to provide the wholeness of experience by experiencing the thing both objectively and subjectively.

Lastly, we use the light, this transcendental state to unravel itself. Since, through deep communication in the knowledge stage of this process we now know the purpose of our experience, and can understand the pure intention of the experience, without the drama. Now, the harm or injury to the self can be healed. Healed in a complete way without using overlays of “good” traits like friendliness, compassion, unconditional love, etc.

Once, through the stage of knowledge, the understanding is crystal clear as to the purpose of our seeming missteps, there is no need to imbue the self with the vibration of goodness. The fire of knowledge consumes the reason for karma. The self is free. Free to live the intended state. Free to live the perfection of our own blueprint. This is liberation, Moksha.

First, direct experience of samadhi, the transcendence. Then, activation of the refined state of the qualities within the field of all possibilities. Then, interactive communication with the knowledge aspect of this field. Lastly, utilization of the true healing nature of the field which will yield perhaps, the fifth step, that of true freedom.

Karma 2

Narissa Moeller September 11, 2024

Let’s chat about family karma. Firstly, our earth family is not in perfect alignment with our soul family. Each time we reincarnate we are on a specific mission. We have very specific goals. We are building a very specific entity so we search out very specific cast members that are best suited for those roles. Of course we know all these various souls and based on their respective skill sets and what they need for their own evolution we will work highly complex scenarios that fit each other’s goals. So our earth family and friends may not be our soul family members. It’s not uncommon for a soul family member to be the villain in our lifetime script. Who else would you entrust with such an important role in your life mission.

As such, family karma may or may not be a reality. If we are a soul family member we are likely to be close to having very similar experiences and goals so each close family member may have near identical goals and experiences so it may seem that we are sharing karma. But believe me our individual karma is not identical.

In a super broad sense there may be little difference between very close souls but their karma is not your karma. Having said this, know that the unique way we overcome obstacles to our evolution is a matter of record, akashic record, of which there are many layers. Knowledge is different in different states of consciousness.  As such, one soul may appreciate and adopt your very own unique method of overcoming a particular obstacle and use it for their own evolution. In this way we take knowledge and give knowledge to the collective.

The farther we ascend the more overlap there is in our consciousness and goals until we actually can finish each others sentences. At that point we speak as one voice. I see exactly what you see and come to the same conclusions. We become a “We” instead of an “I”. By this time karma is completely dissolved. It was really a tool in the first place to help keep us on task in an orderly way. As well as a means to have a whole experience.

We cannot discount karma because it is valuable to our evolution but we don’t want to over emphasize it either. When we give karma too much power we risk using it as an excuse for not taking responsibility for our own behaviors. Same with the concept of family karma. It can become a way of deflection and not owning our own actions.

Karma is so complex that this whole blog on it may be seen/experienced differently. I welcome your unique viewpoint. Feel free to contact me on the subject via my email: jim_rocca@yahoo.com

Love you everyone.

Karma 1

Narissa Moeller September 8, 2024

Karma literally means action or the act of doing. So yes, as long as we have a body there is karma even if it’s just breathing or the beating of the heart. If the body is alive then there is karma.

However, the kind of karma I'm considering is related to actions that have an effect on others and their consequences.

First off the consequences of any action we perform is not good or bad and it is never a punishment. Karma is designed to be an experience and since earth offers itself as a plain of existence that deals with duality there are two sides to the whole experience of each particular action/karma. There is the one doing the action and the one receiving the action. To complete the whole experience thoroughly we should play both parts.

Simply put we should perform the action in one life and receive the action in another life. There is nothing good or bad about either.  It’s simply a way to fully experience an action.

Next we’d like to ask why would we ever want to come to earth. Evidently, earth is a place where enlightened souls come so we may occupy a higher status in our off-earth lives. Earth is super challenging. Once we have achieved enlightenment on earth our status has significantly increased. And if we do it right we have helped many other souls to also advance in their respective evolution.

Robert Schwartz has written a series of books, I found book one, Your Soul's Plan and two, Your Soul's Gift to be the best, and if you only have time for one book make it book two. Through the use of about 5-6 highly skilled psychics Swartz taps into the pre-life plan of various people in their planning stage before they incarnate.

Evidently, we carefully structure all our life interactions with each key player and all the minor players as well. The inner circle may only be a handful of souls but all the players, may be in the hundreds. Every one of them are active participants in your pre-life script. And important life interactions are rehearsed. Such as the first moment you meet someone that will be important to the trajectory of your life, a dear friend, lover, teacher, etc. There are no coincidences.

Wait a minute, what happened to free-will?

It’s there every step of the way. If we are off script it’s usually a minor alteration. So in deep sleep we meet with our guides and masters to re-route our trajectory, creating a revised script and perhaps even recasting roles our current characters are playing.

All of this is done with deep love for the individual souls and their evolution. It’s all heart driven action for the betterment of all.

Earth is a challenge to begin with but many souls add more challenges to get the most out of their time on earth. Such as, coming on to earth with a sickness or disability. Or one come here as unique, like being gay in a non-friendly environment, even being ridiculed by family so you can’t get away from that harsh criticism. Why so nasty? Because progress comes from either discomfort or comfort. Many souls realize they won’t make much progress in their evolution, time on earth without pushing themselves. Putting yourself down in a harsh environment causes us to go deeper into self. Thereby exposing ourselves to our own refined nature. That revelation represents a big step in our evolution. The interesting point in this method is, a soul choosing the tough road will ask a soul family member or a deep soul friend to be the one that deals the heaviest ridicule or criticism, and its carried out with great love. (This is really touching my heart). This is why we always need to reserve judgment on anything we see. It’s seldom obvious.

Four Fold Nature

Narissa Moeller September 5, 2024

In chapter 15 verses 16, 17 & 18 of the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna reveals the four layers of Himself. He starts with Ksaras, the perishable self, the persona, our personal self/identity or the personage known as Krishna. Then, he speaks of Aksaras, the imperishable self, our soul, or Vishnu in the case of Krishna.

Lord Krishna then moves on to some lofty heights, in verse 17, as he reveals the 3rd aspect of His nature, Ishwara and/or Paramatma. This is what we reference as the over soul. A state of awareness that oversees our individual soul. In psychology our subconscious referenced as our shadow self in more contemporary spiritual terms. The layer of deep awareness that drives our deepest desires in many ways unknown to our conscious self.

Ishwara and Paramatma, from Lord Krishna’s explanation appear to be two sides of the same coin with Ishwara being the more precipitated, particle aspect of Paramatma, the wave nature of the two.

In verse 18, Lord Krishna unveils the fourth layer of His own nature, Purusottamah, the Supreme Purusha. The God-head nature of Lord Krishna.

I see these layers of self/Self as being operational within our own nature. We are a persona, within a soul, within an oversoul, within a godhead self. We, in the ultimate analysis, are the full package. Whatever Lord Krishna is, we are.

There is also a relationship between this four fold nature of self and our consciousness behaviors. Sattva, Atman, Moksha and Brahman. In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, chapter 3 verse 36 and again in verse 50 Patanjali makes a distinction between sattva and atman to start it off. Although Patanjali didn’t present a sutra that offers a distinction between atman and moksha (liberation) he does devote the fourth and final chapter to Liberation. Perhaps a fifth chapter could have been cognized on the subject of Brahman.

If we are translating these states of awareness to sutras they may be something like this. Distinction between sattva and atma. Then distinction between atma and moksha. And finally distinction between moksha and brahm. With such a practice we would enliven the four fold nature of consciousness regularly.

Happy consciousness research my friends. ❤️❤️❤️

Samyama

Narissa Moeller August 4, 2024

Samyama consists of three components, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Dharana (one pointed focus) focus of one thing ( I use awareness as the object) and nothing else. This first component is all one needs. “Second” Dhyana (meditation) experience of the layers of the object). Of which there is only one in the final analysis since there is no space or time. Where are you going? In my experience, once I “start” the focus on the object, I’m done because the entirety of the object is known going all the way back/forward (it’s the same because there’s no time, no past, present, future in that state. So, Dhyana (meditation) the experience of the different layers is known instantly. So, travel from one layer to another is almost irrelevant.

If you do it right, once you start, you're finished. Hahaha. This is not a happening because that implies a beginning, middle and end. Which implies sequence. Which implies time. Which implies a place for the happening. Which in that state does not exist. So, it’s not a happening for all those reasons. It’s an everlasting is-ness. So again, once you “start” you are “finished”.

“Third” is Samadhi. What is termed as transcendence. Nothingness/Everything-ness. Source. The be all and end all. The beginning, middle and end. Remove time and space. And it’s an is-ness. Once you start you are finished.

So, when I do samyama I simply shift attention to the object and nothing else, I am the object. Self serves as a blank platform for the knowledge of the object to be expressed/known. It’s not actually Big Self by the way but rather a replica of that or lower Big Self where the object reveals itself to lower Self, higher Big Self doesn’t give a damn. It remains untouched. The lower Big Self plays in the relative, material world, it has goals, purpose, desires, etc., all the bull shit we Think we need, or one’s emotionally wants. Needs and/or Wants. Which in the ultimate analysis is very close to worthless.

So yes, there are many more layers - books to total Veda. With endless deities and gurus shuffling around with endless iterations of supreme knowledge that provide endless regions of the-one-truth. For all these wannabe priests, gurus, gods and goddesses to call theirs (all ego trips) but with a sober eye, its imagination, illusion and ultimately just another way to get lost. In my experience the closer you get to The Truth the more powers you are given. Why? Perhaps, to re-engage us into some supreme level of greater illusion. Wow, I’m a God now. How great is this? Where is that Truth thing, we were so close to? Oh, we can check that out later. I’m a celestial now with lots to explore. Truth can wait. Oops, caught again.

Anyway, that’s one prospective. Hope it doesn’t bum you out. The way I deal with it isn’t so much something I created but rather a frame of mind that has organically grown. Simply said, ‘I’m 100% engaged and 100% not engaged”. Simultaneously.

If you are looking for something royal to focus on, then practice Samyama on the word, concept, sense, essence of: Sattva, Atma, Moksha, Brahm.

Blessings.

Jim

P.S. all these gurus, gods and goddesses that you “speak” to… let’s step up your game. Instead of hanging around them and talking to them, explore them. Step into them. Wear their suits. Literally climb into them. Feel what it is like to be them. Then let yourself recede into them and transcend through them. “Some yogis perform sacrifice to the gods only, others by the union of the Self with Brahman, offer the Self as sacrifice into the fire of Brahman”. Chapter 4 verse 25 of the Bhagavad Gita. In this way both the god and Brahman are honored. Check out where the god gets their juice. And drop yourself into that. Use them as a gateway, portal, avenue to Source. Then come out through them. Then go back through that path to Source through them, then out, again and again. Eventually, you will find the proviral meddle road where you a both and neither Source and material. Simultaneously.

Frequency Domains

Narissa Moeller February 4, 2024

There are layers to consciousness that can actually be quantified by frequencies.

For the past month or two I’ve been exploring those domains. Most of us have been passing through those domains on our way to the transcendence. But if we slow down the process those domains can be individually experienced.

Gurus have agreed that there are 12 layers or domains to the spirit world but I have identified 14. I’m writing this blog in order to provide some detail so you, the consciousness researcher, may more easily find these domains and experience any of them by choice. Let’s get start.

Those of you reading this will likely be between levels 7-10. With the highest of us being at 10.1 to 10.8. Domain 11 are folks like Jesus and/or Maharishi, around 11.2 to 11.4 with Elohim and Yahweh at 11.5 to 11.8 and Guru Dev at 11.8 or 11.9. Frequency levels in the 12’s would be reserved for the higher gods and goddesses like Mahalakshmi or Lord Vishnu. These deities live primarily in the highest realms of creation. I thought I was at the end of this frequency universe with the twelves but not so.

Shiva was found in the thirteens along with other realities mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna chapter 15 verses 17-18. Named paramatma, ishvarah, and purushottama in that order. Each of which are firmly established in thirteenth domain/frequency layer.

Brahman seems to be the one and only inhabitant of frequency 14.

Frequency 13 has a beautiful stillness to It, especially purusottamah. A super deep stillness. Zero activity.

For me Brahman is not always totally accessible but being at the high end of purusottamah is usually enough to feel the radiance of Brahman which is far too glorious for words, so I won't even attempt to describe.

I’m writing this for the very few who have felt these domains within their own deep consciousness dives but aren’t sure how to get there or hold that lofty space or measure it against other experiences.

Firstly, know that they are real, and accessible. Secondly, the powers that be will help you to experience them. I’ve found level 14 to not always be fully available to me but I’ve been in the vicinity countless times.

So how to get there?

Simply climb into your meditation and after you find yourself comfortable and settled ask, "please allow me to experience level 10". This is a good starting place. Within the realm of the highest consciousness people on earth. Nice start.

Then, ask, please allow me to experience level 11. In almost nothing flat 11 will open to you. Stay alert, you will notice a difference between 10 and 11. If you don’t believe it, ask to go back to level 10 and notice the frequency change.

Stay at 11 for sometime then ask for level 12. Most of you will notice some kind of disorientation. Once disorientation starts don’t go any further. In fact take it down a notch. You can play with incremental increases or decreases. Such as, if you find 12 to be too much ask for 11.8 or 11.6 until you find your comfort zone.

Feel free to experiment like asking for level 11.0 then simply think mentally 11.1, now 11.2 and so on and notice those incremental changes in frequency awareness. This is a gentler approach and more soothing.

Another important aspect to this frequency elevation technique is how much you give yourself to it while doing this technique. Meaning if you are in some way watching the technique and its effects, you are not wholly in the experience but rather an observer to the process. The closer Self gets into the process the more the benefit and subsequent transformation will be. This is, in a way, your creation. As such, it will take stepping into your creation to fully experience all its nuances.

Initially once or twice a week will be enough. Don’t overdo it and don’t press yourself to experience the higher frequency domains. Too much of even a good thing can be harmful. Safety first.

Enjoy ❤️❤️❤️

Essence of God

Narissa Moeller November 6, 2023

Remember the experience you told me about where you found you were inches away from the face of God? I had a detailed version of that a few months ago as well.

While I was that close for the longest time a quote by the 13th century theologian Meister Eckhart came to mind. “The eye with which I see God is the same eye with which God seeing me”.

I took that to heart in that moment and put it to work. I viewed, as if through a highly focused eye, somewhat tunnel-like in nature into God. One part of my awareness venturing forward while the rest of me remained where it was, separate from God. “Taking fullness from fullness, what remains is fullness”.

The part of me that moved forward into the realm of God then turned to look back at me (which in itself is Very Powerful I could write an article on that alone) looking through the same avenue from which I came and I saw me as God would see me. I was/am glorious, brilliant, vibrant, shimmering light, with golden petals of light at my centre. All in perpetual motion or dance. The feeling of love was almost unbearable. Now, I know why God has this sense of unconditional love. He is seeing His own Self reflected right back at Him as full as He is. He can’t help but love the scene with all His heart. Too beautiful for words. Each one of us is so very majestic at that level.

Seeing through God’s eyes is the beginning. From the thought to know Himself, God created a second self to act as a reflector/partner, us. In one way the self is both a singularity and a plurality. That’s why we experience ourselves, in UC, as both one and many in perfect harmony and balance. That principle is what allowed me to both venture forward in action and remain still, simultaneously.

The act of crossing over from the second Self to the first Self is part and parcel of our journey. It's structured in us because it's structured in God who made us, in His own image. In the end we can't help but be what God is. It’s the embracing of what we truly are. Both the worshipper and the worshiped. See MMY commentary in ch 6 v 32 of the Gita for verification/clarification.

Hope all of you enjoy this beauty beyond words.

Brahman Consciousness

Narissa Moeller July 7, 2023

For some months now I’ve been feeling/thinking on how best to approach this blog topic. Even at this time I’m not completely convinced I have the right approach, but I have to say something.

This website is really for the more advanced seekers/knowers of higher states of consciousness so tighten your seatbelt.

Pure Consciousness eventually culminates in Unity Consciousness where we see our Self as everything and everything in our Self. A nice blend between pure consciousness and the material world. But this is not Brahman Consciousness. As per my own direct experience, I’m finding UC to be creation specific because it needs The Relative (the items and attributes of the material world) to unite something(s).

We can look at it as pure consciousness, being the tablecloth for a nice dinner with the beautiful place setting as components of the material world (foundational components) and the food as an endless array of sensory taste objects, selected from the field of all-possibilities. None of which would be on such a beautiful display without the covered table (Brahman).

When you look around you right now, in the place you are sitting, while reading this article, you see objects, but we can also see/sense/know that pure consciousness really permeates all those sense objects evenly. It even permeates you, the observer, your body, your thoughts, your emotions. This happens to such an extent, in this state that there is no difference between everything you are and everything you see.  Even what you don’t see beyond the walls around you extends to infinity.

However, if you look/feel closely, you’ll notice that you somehow are more brilliant than the evenness of pure consciousness. You have a radiance greater than pure consciousness and you can see or sense it in other awake souls you come across. So, what is that? This thing that is brighter than pure consciousness with a sense of being as foundational as pure consciousness but somehow more than pure consciousness. Where does that come from?

I went into that brilliance, into Self, and couldn’t find Its source. I assumed It was somehow a creation of pure consciousness but that wasn’t the case. It stands alone. Self-effulgent in Its own nature. Not an outcropping. If anything, pure consciousness is a development of this brilliance. I was perplexed for many days. Making many consciousness trips to this brilliance seeking out Its source. I did find a point value to It. A highly concentrated brilliance that shook my physical body on a deep level and delivered high amounts of bliss. Along with a continuous abstract folding and unfolding undulation of newness. Like Self in a creation mode but with nothing actually manifesting, but continually creating. The verse in the Gita came to mind, ‘Curving back on My own nature, I create again and again’.

While in that state I can easily slide into It where all that is around and through my Self is brilliance. No others. No world. No agenda. Just pure Self in radiant bliss. I’m thinking this may be Brahman Consciousness. I don’t own that state yet, but I know the trail to It. I find my meditation continually culminating there.

I’m writing this so you too will find a way to rest in your own brilliance. Know that there is a difference between resting in your radiance and in the point value/center or source of that radiance. The source point is in the heart of the soul located in the center of the chest, spoken of in the Upanishads as the size of the thumb. Tread carefully there, it can be extremely intense as a full dose, but you can back-off of it to where it’s manageable for your nervous system. It will be better for your consciousness development to take smaller doses and allow for assimilation. Enjoy.

 Love always my friends ❤️❤️❤️

Knowledge

Narissa Moeller May 7, 2023

Knowledge has a great range. It rests in the middle offering linkage between pure consciousness/purusha on one hand and the foundation of traditional behavioral norms, found in most religions, on the other hand.

Let’s start in the middle and work outward.

In the middle we find knowledge as both manifest and unmanifest serving as a blueprint of perfection for everything. This version of knowledge has been called Veda by the ancient seers. The Vedas can be found in a subtle layer of existence within every one’s consciousness.

Veda may first be experienced as a waveform with intelligence, containing color, beautiful sound and ancient messaging all at once. Sitting back a bit, all this has a spiraling structure never still always alive, vibrant, joyful, tickling the heart with bliss.

From here everything that’s been, is and will ever be within creation is available in its perfect blueprint form.

If we feel into what its source is we find it to be akin to Prakrit, the organizing component of Purusha, pure consciousness. Going deeper we find we transcend the field of “i-want” or desire and we are in the layer or field of liberation, the great Self of peace, with a pure bliss overtone. Deeper and there is pure Nothingness, a place of no attributes, para brahman, source, pure stillness yet so full and blissful.

Nothingness can be visually experienced as a pure benevolent darkness, a Shiva experience signifying the total end but as a grand positive blissful reality. Or it can be experienced as brilliant light like a white-hot brilliance, brighter than bright illumination, signifying the source of everything in its purest state, a Purusha value.

The Great Darkness is more of the ultimate contraction the grand inward stroke devoid of everything/anything, peaceful yet somehow full, calm, and blissful in nature.

The Great Brilliance on the other hand is the ultimate beginning before the beginning resting within Its own Great Self, poised and ready for anything including nothing prepared for the grand outward stroke but in a state of perpetual Stillness, radiant, still and blissful, beyond words if I’m being honest.

We can consider this to be the Rishi value of knowledge/Veda. Maharishi spoke of three components to everything, Rishi, Devata, Chandes. Rishi is the source value. Chandes is the manifest value or the resultant. And Devata is the linkage between Rishi and Chandes.

Taking the full range of consciousness into consideration, I find Devata to be most fascinating. In my opinion, Devata is where the magic happens. Knowledge/Veda is the essence of the Devata value of Wholeness.

As a blueprint It holds perfection of everything. Our perfect self can be known by resting within our own veda. If we allow our inner self to completely experience our own veda we will find ourselves to function at our full potential. However, through time we have lived so much of our existence in a lesser condition that it will take many visits to this layer of consciousness before full resonation with our perfect self can be a 24/7 reality.

On the grosser levels of our own personal veda norms of behavior for the sake of obtaining perfection are prescribed. Pieces of these norms have found their way into traditional religions and observances. They can also be found in parables and old stories with a moral in secular context.

I’d like to end this blog where I started, in the middle. :) by glorifying the Devata value. Realize that on one hand we have this pure consciousness component and on the other this manifest component. Let your awareness rest between these two beauties capturing both and neither simultaneously rest right there. By enlivening this layer of creation, you will at least know perfection in an abstract manner and that will be very good for your soul.

Blessings my friends.

❤️❤️❤️

Kundalini – Pure Consciousness – Veda

Narissa Moeller March 16, 2023

This is a recent personal experience. Sometimes I go into Self to explore. This is one of those episodes.

I started with the junction point, the transition point between one thought and another, between one syllable and another, between sleeping and waking, between the absolute and the relative, between my consciousness and god’s. Our lives are full of junction points. They are everywhere we turn. I find it possible to simply rest at will within those gaps and experience either a blend of both realities as a combination or neither reality as in pure nothingness. So, in this one occasion I did just that. I peered into the gap independent of two items. Just the gap alone. Here’s where the journey took my awareness.

The gap itself was experienced as an inner light in the form of a staff initially running the length of my spine but extending beyond my body limits. Going deep into the ground on one end and high into the sky on the other. Energy flowed up fast. I focused more on that energy. It seemed to have a mind of its own, sometimes coming as a wave or pulse, delivering a more intense dose then a lighter dose but always flowing. I notice that through thought alone I could constrict the vessel/channel causing the energy to flow more forcefully and intensely or relax the channel to slow down the flow. I chose to constrict the channel and see what would happen.

The energy became very intense, and my body started to bounce in place, I was sitting in a chair, so I lifted my feet off the floor and let my body continue to bounce. In my internal observation of the channel, I detected no blockage to the flow, and I could experience each of the chakras being feed from this energy flow. At some point the heart chakra started to transform and grow into a clean bluish white light generating a super stillness with overtones of a light feeling of love with a strong feeling of peace. My awareness was attracted to this space which had grown to perhaps 5 feet in diameter extending beyond my body’s limits. I didn’t want to leave this reality. Felt like I could stay there forever. After a long time, I explored again.

Deep inside this peaceful brilliance was the faint tracings of a structure. Initially it came on as geometrical in nature but with a sense of liveliness like subtle waves in some way we could probably call it, scared geometry. The actual lines of structure were like ribbons moving to create a spiral structure. Within the ribbons was some kind of messaging and the whole thing was very colorful particularly red and gold. The flowing colorful structure was around my body but also spiraled into my body’s core, yet somehow enlivening every cell. It was/is the perfect me. My individual blueprint. I could/can put awareness on it and it comes to life, enriching my spiritual form which in turn enriches my physical form.

Although, I was experiencing these fine details of this structure which I’m calling my individual vedic self, I was also aware of the pure consciousness in my expanded heart chakra that gave rise to this experience and the flow of kundalini which gave rise to the love/peace in my heart. Nothing was left out. Its like being able to let one’s awareness enjoy each individual instrument in an orchestra without losing the symphony. Beauty in every part as well as the whole. Full appreciation.

Peace. Peace. Peace.

Stillness within the Pillar of Rushing Light

Narissa Moeller October 22, 2022

This is a continuation of the previous blog. So check that out first.

So, as I mentioned, within the pillar of rushing light can be found a deep stillness. Stillness is a royal consciousness phenomenon. The name Rama means Stillness in Sanskrit. So that should give you some idea as to the power of even the word Stillness. It can be used as a mantra and it will deliver profound experience.

When I feel deeply into Stillness, allowing all that I am to be immerse within Stillness, especially within the rushing light Stillness, it takes on a structure, a crystal, gem, diamond, structure. I feel my Self to be solid in firmness, hard as a diamond, so strongly held by consciousness there is a sense of being paralyzed, held perpetually motionless by Its presence. Nothing exists but that beautiful overwhelming Stillness. Everything stops. Everything. Full samadhi.

It is strange and surprising that this deep feeling of silent stillness would be a hard crystal-like structure but that’s the experience. In my opinion this the crest jewel, the hidden treasure named in the eighth word of the first verse of Rig Veda, Ratna.

Its nature: The nature of this level of stillness is a collection of purity of consciousness fully devoid of any impurities. Purity in a way squeezes out impurity leaving a solid block of purity which we may perceive to be diamond-like. This somewhat describes its detox or purifying nature from the standpoint of elimination or exclusion.

From the standpoint of inclusion, purity devourers impurities and transforms it into purity. I’m sure both are happening simultaneously.

I hope that describing this experience in such detail hasn’t separated you from the beauty of the experience. The experience is so much more than these words can capture. Know that even remote contact with such an experience is transformative.

Blessings.

Love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Pillar of Light

Narissa Moeller October 18, 2022

It started many years ago perhaps 30 or so. I was invited to a yagya (Indian prayer ritual) at a friend’s house. We all sat in a circle about 12 of us. As the lead pundit carried on with the ceremony, I could feel energy rushing up through my body. White light energy coming from somewhere in my lower body, maybe pelvic area, maybe earth. But it rushed up at a high rate of speed creating a column of light that shot up through my crown chakra up into the heavens. In those days it was about 8 inches in diameter. It’s grown since then.

The power of this rush of energy was such that my whole body straightened out to allow for the flow to go straight up. In a way I was paralyzed by rushing consciousness into that posture.

The energy was so strong that even the person next to me was able to pick up on it saying something like, ‘You are generating some crazy amount of energy’.

Over the years I’ve experienced this many many times. The column of light has grown in size from 8 inches or so to 8 or 9 feet in diameter. Also fine detail is also known now.

The rush of energy is made up of a bundle of individual strands maybe one thousand of them. One thousand headed Purusha, perhaps. Within each strand is a mini multi colored tornado or spiral.

When experienced as a whole, all the strands together, although its a super high speed rush, stillness can be also experienced, simultaneously. So in a way nothing is happening while at the same time everything is happening.

I know I’m feeding pure consciousness into everything in this manner.

Let’s discuss the rest of the structure of this phenomenon. For max experience I stay in the center of the energy and simply allow the happening. I can call on it at will. It’s always there quietly at work but when I put attention on that aspect of Self the intensity increases, in or out of meditation.

I can take a vantage point outside of the center if desired but it’s considerably more comfortable to be at its center. However, I have been able to have some part of me reside in the center while another part of Self observes the happening in this way I can see the happening as a whole. This action is driven by curiosity of the intellect. It’s a big step down in experience so I rarely do it. So to be clear I’m in the center and outside of the event watching it at the same time. I’m not a fan of these explodes. I do it to be able to explain what’s happening more fully.

The Structure: the rush of energy is in the shape of a column or pillar of rushing light. However, it blossoms out, way above the head to create a funnel, like the top of a big fountain. Then it continues and circles out in the shape of an apple. In geometry it’s called a torus. The energy re-enters from below the body again in a funnel, and comes rushing back through again and again, perpetually.

That description is the core (apple core, haha) of the individual. An awake individual can have a 25-30 foot torus in diameter. Once when I saw Maharishi in person, his was more like 70 feet in diameter and so full with colors that I could not see his human form for about two minutes.

Back to the funnel. I’ve described this structure as the foundation of individual energy but the funnel is also a gateway or portal into what some folks call the constitution of the universe or portal into the cosmos. Topic for another blog, the one after the next blog. We’ll chat about portals then in detail.

I’ve heard others speak of this torus experience but their energy was moving in the opposite direction. That’s because they are drawing in energy for consciousness development but at some point in our development we start to become a vessel of pure consciousness delivery and out it comes. When I feel it building up, my reaction is, “Oh boy, here we go “. Yes, it has a mind of its own and launches spontaneously.

I am Dhatamam, the Giver. The giver of Ratna, the hidden treasure, the Gem of life.

More on that gem thing in my next blog.

Remember, I spoke of the 2 aspects at the center of the pillar of light. The continuous rush or dynamism and the deep deep stillness within that rush. Following deep within that stillness is where one finds Ratna, the hidden treasure, the crest jewel.

Infinite love to all ❤️❤️❤️

Being All That Isn’t

Narissa Moeller October 2, 2022

Unity Consciousness is being all that is. However, know that there is a state of awareness that is, all that is not.

Recently I had an experience where I was in a very deep ground state where I was able to see all my past lives. They all were me but also not me at all. Who I am is a thread, as it were, running through all those lives. Each life was colorful, engaging and purposeful. But in another way had little, to no meaning, at all.

Who we really are is an awareness beyond these lives. Even beyond our soul. A presence that was never born or created. An awareness that has always been. Simply resting in Its own Self, forever complete, truly peaceful and absolutely fully content. Perhaps, that peace that passeth all understanding?

The lives I lived were so far away from my uncreated Self that they barely were of interest. Yet, they were there in the distance. Stacked, one on top of the other, each being a holographic layer. To be seen into or to be seen through, as I wished. All of this is being experienced and managed by our soul that is also a layer of Self lesser than our uncreated Self.

The entirety of the material world and even the celestial world, could not touch Me. I am the be all and end all. Anything other than this from this vantage point was/is a distraction. And that distraction is the definition of sin. The taking of awareness away from Its true Self. A simple definition.

Pure Consciousness is what/who we really are. This uncreated Self.

Embrace this and let the rest of our environment and experience fall where it may. Do this and you will never be lost.

With love to all that is and all that is not ❤️❤️❤️

Psychology of Consciousness (Part 3)

Narissa Moeller September 10, 2021

I want to make a few things perfectly clear. First, full Oneness can only be had by the extinction of devotion. Devotion is a beautiful habit/addiction that reinforces separation. I don’t say this so you, the reader, actively work to get rid of devotion but rather so you will not be surprised when devotion starts to fade away, naturally. It’s inevitable. If you really miss it, you can bring it back but only as a secondary reality, because as a primary reality full oneness can not happen.

Once, you realize your guru or god isn’t separate from you, you may still seek guidance from time to time to help you convey teaching knowledge to others. Its like the adult child consulting with their parents on parenting techniques. So of course there’s a respect and admiration for the teacher/guru but not so much that one falls into a parent-child relationship again.

Secondly, Oneness is not the end of the road. Its simply the unification of the world of things. We are getting into deep waters now.

As I mentioned in Part 2, Lord Krishna states in chapter 13 v 12 that the highest brahman (consciousness) is Not This. Not That. So where is oneness in Para Brahman? Its gone. Because it doesn’t exist in the highest brahman. A state of absolutely No attributes. Now that’s the end of the road. Hahaha.

So how do we live or function?

Sidebar: That Nothingness can either be perceived as all light or all darkness. Subject for another discussion.

Back to how do we function.

Once, you embrace Nothingness, for a while you will be in a state of not caring because frankly, what’s the point.

You have lost your guru and your god. Everything around you is now known to be an illusion. So it really doesn’t exist. And you are now resting in a state devoid of attributes it can feel like rock bottom so why engage in anything?

By the way, although it sounds like a state of depression but in some weird way you feel a quiet contentment. Completeness. Done. Finished. This state offers its own deep satisfaction.

Gradually, you realize, you still have a body. You still have others depending on you, from a day to day perspective. You still need to eat. Haha. So you participate.

At first reluctantly, because there is a flavor of ‘why bother’ still lively in your awareness. Never the less, you participate. Of course, its a strange participation you are somewhat engaged but as time goes on you integrate. Some quicker than others.

It's like someone having a particular regional accent to their speech then they move to another region. Many people quickly adapt and pick up the new regional accent and some people never do. In that same way the "integration" after such a dramatic awakening can take a while depending on one's ease in shedding attachments.

Summary: In our consciousness development we find ourselves moving past devotion to make room for full oneness. The destruction of separation. The joining of worshipper and worshiped.

We then realize that oneness in the final analysis is really Not This. Not That. Full negation of everything. An awareness devoid of attributes. Para Brahman.

After some time, we notice we are still physically alive and must respect this plain of existence because we are in a state of saying Yes to everything, illusion or not. That’s actually the living of Brahman. Wholeness. Totality. This state is the infamous “integration” many speak of. Where we come full circle. Right back to being an ordinary citizen. Fully assimilated into our day to day but somehow very different.

Know this my friends, no matter how ordinary you look or feel, you will always radiate a subtle but beautiful light that the angels, gods, and gurus eternally rejoice.

With so much Love to All …

❤️❤️❤️

Psychology of Consciousness (Part 2)

Narissa Moeller August 28, 2021

Let’s continue on with our discussion.

After this realization of oneness and it is a realization, because we suddenly become aware that this new understanding has always been there. Psychologically, we feel both found and lost. We hear a lot about the “found” part of being awake so let’s discuss the “lost” part.

Where has my god gone, is a common expression in this new state. We may experience a strong sense of Nothingness, even loneliness. No guru. No god. No reference points of any kind. Psychologically, you’re a mess.

If you choose to say to yourself I am now everything then that works for a while. However, at some point you also wake up from that because in the final analysis Everything-ness is realized as being an illusion of stuff you have ignorantly given value to. So what’s left? Basically, nothingness (haha).

In chapter 13 v 12 of the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna states, that the highest (para) brahman is (na sat) not existence, nor (na asat) non-existence. This is an understanding of the highest state of awareness from the prospective of negation. Not this. Not that. It really bends the psychology. This is the “lost” I spoke of earlier. It’s really hard to live in such a state, that's why the enlightened usually don’t accept it.

Wow, here you have been gifted the ultimate state of awareness and somehow you say “no” to it?!

Yep, I see it in so many truly enlightened souls.

So what’s happening?

Even in enlightenment many of us are pulled back by habits and environment. All our lives we have lived by our own private world of nature and nurture. Those habits go deep and when faced with this new state of huge nothingness with no real reference points it’s not uncommon to step back from it. We step back into a place of psychological safety. Safety in religion or politics are common landing zones. Yeah, I know that's weird especially the religion choice. You have experienced being god how can you now allow yourself to listen to an interpretation of god but it happens.

I personally find it comical to witness. The seeing of a highly enlightened soul trying to make religion or politics fit their new realization. However, I can understand the reason. In the world around us there is very little that supports this grand state of nothingness. And if you are a person of action with strong conviction it’s tough to find a place of safety in nothingness. So you end up putting that beautiful enlightenment to use on a lesser plain or cause. In some ways it's like fighting an addiction. An addiction to ignorance.

Those that find a way to cope use surrender as their tool. Relax into the uncertainty and witness the happenings. You end up becoming very ordinary. With basically no attachment to any one thing. It’s all fine wherever you go. Sure you have options and preferences but usually you aren’t really attached to them. When life around you changes you change too. No big deal. I like to say I’m fully engaged and fully not engaged, simultaneously. Sounds impossible but it’s not.

Psychology of Consciousness (Part 1)

Narissa Moeller August 27, 2021

This blog is about a step of consciousness development seldom addressed. If you haven’t experienced it yet this discussion may cause confusion. If you have experienced it but haven’t embraced it you will now understand why. Let’s begin.

At some point in our evolution we will find that our devotion to our guru, god or goddess is becoming less. We internally know we have attained a good level of evolution but we find ourselves less bound to our icons.

Some time back when I spoke to an enlightened friend about this, he acknowledged having that experience and felt guilty about it. Thinking, how can I be so ungrateful and lose devotion for those that have brought me to this level of consciousness?

Truth is that at some point in our development devotion becomes a hindrance. Wow, what a thing to say.

Devotion is based on a parent/child relationship. But at some point in our development the child grows up. We are no longer in awe of the parent, our teacher, guru, god, goddess. Why? Because we quietly become aware that they have served as guidance even pathways to the divine essence which in the end is our own nature. What now can the guru or god give you. Literally, Nothing.

To maintain an air of devotion at this point would be to falsely support separation were there is none. What now is the difference between you and god. Nothing. You are both of the exact same nature.

In the commentary to chapter 6 verse 32 Maharishi states it nicely by saying, “…devotion reaches its fulfillment in it own extinction…” He continues, “leaving worshiper and worshiped together in perfect oneness…”

From a psychological prospective while in the early stages of our own growth we naturally look outside of ourselves for growth. Someone or something greater than ourselves. Thinking, how could I have or be the answer to my own development so why look internally?

As such, we naturally fall into a child/parent relationship. Once we find someone or something to follow we submit to them/it. Here in lies the seed to devotion. As the child, we are happy to be directed. No need to think. To try and figure out who or what we are. Simply listen and follow.

But one day we Wake-up. Things literally get turned upside down. Although, you are in a state of great bliss you are also totally confused. It’s a new game with new rules you know little about. You are in direct communication with Source. No middle man. No translator. No guide. No pathway. Absolute direct contact. So direct that it's hard to tell the difference between you and the divine. You are the divine. The divine is you. No one needs to tell that because you are living It. Yep, the rules have changed. Now you’re the whole thing. Both sides of the equation. Simultaneously. Its impossible but somehow It is. Its your new reality.

Love. Love. Love. To All ❤️❤️❤️
